MySafeSociety is a comprehensive society management platform designed to streamline operations for residential complexes across India. It provides:
- Visitor management with photo logging and resident approval
- Maintenance billing and payment tracking
- Society notices and announcements
- Guard management with a dedicated mobile app
- Family member and vehicle registry
- Income/expense ledger for society finances
Account creation depends on your role:
- Residents: Your society manager creates your account and shares login credentials, or you register via the invite link sent to your email.
- Society Managers: Register at Get Started to create and manage your society.
- Guards: Created by the society manager with a unique PIN login.
- Self-registration is not available — your society must already be registered first.
Password reset steps vary by role:
- On the login page, click "Forgot Password" and enter your registered email.
- You will receive a password reset link within a few minutes.
- Check your spam/junk folder if the email does not arrive.
- If you still cannot access your account, contact your society manager or our support team.
Yes — MySafeSociety fully supports joint occupancy:
- One member is the primary account holder for the flat.
- Additional family members can be added under the "Family Members" section.
- Each family member can have their own details including blood group and emergency contact.
- Contact visibility (phone number) can be controlled individually.
Features
The visitor flow is fully digital:
- Guard logs the visitor's name, photo, purpose, and destination flat at the gate.
- The resident receives a notification and can approve or reject the entry.
- All visitor entries are stored with timestamps for audit and security review.
- Regular visitors (vendors, maids) can be pre-approved as "regular visitors" to skip daily approval.
Maintenance is managed by the society administrator:
- Manager creates maintenance charges per flat or as a flat-rate for all flats.
- Members can upload payment proof (receipt image) through their portal.
- Admin reviews and marks payments as accepted.
- Payment history and pending dues are visible to both member and manager.
Yes — the platform supports multi-society management:
- Superadmin accounts can create and oversee multiple societies.
- Each society has its own manager, flats, members, and financial records.
- Data is fully isolated between societies — no cross-society data leakage.
- The superadmin dashboard shows an overview of all registered societies.
Visitor records are retained for society security and audit:
- Entry and exit times are automatically recorded.
- Visitor photos are stored securely in the society's records.
- Society managers can view all historical visitor logs.
- Data retention follows our Privacy Policy — contact us for deletion requests.
Billing & Subscription
MySafeSociety offers tiered plans:
- Basic: Free trial with limited flat capacity — ideal for small societies.
- Standard: Paid plan with expanded flat limits and all core features.
- Premium: Unlimited flats, priority support, and advanced reporting.
- Contact us for pricing details and to find the right plan for your society.
Subscriptions are managed at the society manager level:
- The society manager or chairman arranges the subscription payment.
- Payment is made to MySafeSociety, not collected from individual residents.
- Residents use the platform at no direct cost to themselves.
- Payment proof can be uploaded during registration for verification.
Privacy & Security
Security is a top priority at MySafeSociety:
- All data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS encrypted connections.
- Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text.
- Role-based access ensures residents only see their own data.
- Contact visibility can be hidden so your phone number stays private.
- We never sell your personal data to third parties.
Yes — contact privacy is a built-in feature:
- In your profile settings, enable "Hide Contact Number".
- Other residents will see a masked number (e.g. 98765*****) in the directory.
- Guards and managers retain full access for emergency purposes.
- You can toggle this setting any time from your profile.
Mobile Apps
Both apps are available on the Google Play Store:
- Member App: For residents to manage their profile, view maintenance, approve visitors, and stay updated on society notices.
- Guard App: For security guards to log visitor entries, view resident directory, and manage gate access.
- Search "MySafeSociety" on the Google Play Store, or click the download links on our home page.
Currently our mobile apps are Android-only:
- The Member App and Guard App are available on Google Play for Android 8.0+.
- An iOS (iPhone/iPad) version is on our roadmap — stay tuned for updates.
- In the meantime, residents can use the web portal at mysafesociety.in on any browser.
- The web portal is fully mobile-responsive and works on iPhones.
