• These terms apply to all users including residents, society managers, administrators, and security guards.
• If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.
• Continued use after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

• We will notify registered users of significant changes via the App or email.
• The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when revisions were made.
• You are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically.

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

• You must not use the platform to harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• You must not upload malicious code, spam, or content that violates applicable laws.
• You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or system resources.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must not share your login credentials with others.

All content, trademarks, logos, and software on MySafeSociety are our property or licensed to us.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
• Society data (notices, documents, maintenance records) belongs to the respective society manager.
• User-generated content (visitor photos, profile pictures) remains owned by the uploader.

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, MySafeSociety shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Loss of data arising from system downtime, maintenance, or third-party failures.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure credentials.
• Actions taken by society managers or administrators within their societies.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

• Society managers may deactivate resident accounts at their discretion.
• We may terminate accounts involved in illegal activity without prior notice.
• Upon termination, your access to the platform and data will be revoked.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of India.

• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
• You waive any objection to the venue or jurisdiction of such courts.
• For consumer disputes, the Consumer Protection Act 2019 (India) may apply.
